VLC plugin for BH?

I have started using the VU+Uno & BH172 to record to HDD.
I have transferred several recordings by FPT to the HDD on VU+.
These recordings are pure .ts files which were edited/cut on a Kathrein UFS922 receiver before transfer.
To test these files I also transferred to my PC where they run very well in VLC.
However they will not run in the BH Media Player.

Is there a VLC plugin for BH as an alternative to Media Player?
 
Problem solved! I was asking the wrong question. The solution was as follows:-
Downloaded the trimmed .TS files from the UFS 922 into the PC.
Comverted them to .MPG using the free software MPEG Streamclip 1.2
Uploaded .MPGfiles to the HDD on the VU+
The files now run on the VU+ Media Player
