Volume (audio) rises and goes down itself

Vu+ Newbie
Hello to everyone,
I'm having a great audio trouble on my vu+ duo: i.e. the volume (audio) rises and go down (among a certain range). What can be happened? It's a bug of my vu?
 
Is it when adverts come on during a program that it gets louder ?

If so it's broadcasters doing it, nothing to do with vu+ or any images
