VU+ Drivers Update: 21/12/2010 (Duo & Solo)

Vu+ has updated it's drivers for Duo and Solo boxes!

Changelog:

- Fix audio lipsync control(minus value)
- remove v4l-vuplus.patch in the v4l-dvb-modules
- Clean and speed up the demux driver(shoudl be used with new v4l-dvb-modules
driver)
- Speed up trick mode in ts playback
- Fix CI module recognition problem at bootup.
- Support high CI bitrate
- Support rf_switch proc interface

Notes:
As reported by some users these drivers cannot be upgraded on BH images because they introduce many new features.
Please wait tests made by BH Team before upgrade!
