vu duo 2 flashing problems

Vu+ Newbie
hi everyone just received my vu duo 2 today and was trying to flash image with usb pen drive in total have tried 5 different pen drives can't get vu to read drives from power on am i doing something wrong or is my vu faulty. tried front and rear usb fat 32 even part ion drive but still no luck.
 
Are you sure you're flashing the correct image, for your receiver?
You need the one for the VU+ Duo2:

Download the image and place the vuplus folder onto your fat 32 formatted pen drive, this folder should have a duo2 sub folder.
Once done turn your receiver off, using the switch at the rear.
Insert the USB stick into the rear USB port.
Pull down the front flap, on your receiver.
Switch the receiver back on, using the rear switch, and hold down the front power button, located behind the flap.
It should now load, providing your receiver is genuine and has the latest bootloader.
