hello I have a VU DUO 2, but when I turn on the frozen remains of vuduo background, and the remote does nothing, what should I do to get it working normally again thanks

hello,i am a newbie my self,and having a problem with trying to set up myself the box had froze.I turned everything off (rocker switch on back as well)placed usb stick with image installed,into front USB slot and turned the box back on,pressed power button next to USB slot when asked and "Hay Prestow"the image reloaded and i started again.
