Vu+ Duo 4K encrypted files

Vu+ Newbie
Hello,

I've asked this on the OpenPLi forums too but couldn't figure out what the issue was and they just told me "cut a part from the beginning" (which does solve my issue a bit)

I have a Vu+ Duo 4K since this Monday. Everything works perfectly fine, except for recording. Recording works, but when I transfer the files to PC through SMB/FTP/Open Webif, they're "encrypted", they do play in whatever media player you can think of, but I can't index them in any way, which is an issue for me.
( Output from mediainfo: paste2[dot]org/n4pzVn8Y - because I can't paste links)

I'm using a DVB-C FBC tuner (BCM3148)

Replace the [dot] with a . -- should work, tried that myself.

And I know, but that was just to show it shows up as encrypted. I could upload the .ts somewhere if that helps.

I obviously replace the dot but it doesn't work.
And I didn't mean the ts: mediainfo shows a report that you should be able to copy and paste (here).

Oh you added 'dot' in the url, you don't do that, haha. It's literally > paste2 . org/n4pzVn8Y < but anyway the contents of that page;

Oh, yes, I was sure I had deleted the word... OK. But does this happen with every channel, even the FTA? How did you set the recording mode?

I haven't changed anything to the settings, it's all default. And no, doesn't happen to FTA channels. They don't use my card to decrypt.

3+ is an encrypted channel: you must have a CI module (i suppose viacces) and a card (you must be a regular subscriber) to open this channel.
Not to be confused with 3 sat that is FTA.

I'm not implying anything.
I'm just saying that to see that channel you must have an irdeto CI and a card for the subscription.
I stop here.
