VU duo 4K problem with AAC (stuttering)

I have a problem VU duo 4K with sound playback AAC radio stream, stuttering.
I noticed that the problem is only AAC 32kb /s and AAC 40kb /s
64kb/s AAC playback is OK
see example:

This happens also in Czech DVB-T2 multiplexes. According to AB Com cz (official distributor in CZ), the problem has been reported to VU+ several months ago and has been investigated. My opinion is that will never be fixed.

Do you have any contact directly to the manufacturer and kindly solve this problem?
The receiver is one of the more expensive and has been on the market for a year.
I want to alert them to the problem

There has been a problem here (Portugal) with the sound of a particular channel here ... the problem was from the provider and it eventually solved it. No box gave sound tuning to its channel. However, by FallBackTuner the sound gave ... also gave on the PC / Smartphone. Is to test this situation ...
