Sorry if this in wrong section

Just purchased a plug n play vu+ duo 2gb drive installed I think it's an original box

My problems are how do I set say a series recording or explain how the different settings work


Also I'm having problems getting 5.1 Dolby digital sound

Also on a recording I did earlier I got subtitles on screen

Can somebody explain the Audio button settings also the black hole av audio settings
