Vu+Duo card reader problem

i have a Vu+Duo but i am having problems with the card reader it doe'sn't read my card
And it doesn't reconize the card

if the card reader don't reconize the card what can i do
and how can i add an external reader to the box

i am using an ******* to read the card
and i am using blackhole
