VU+ Duo clone help !!

Hi guys,got my first VU+ Duo clone and had nothing but issues since I downloaded something from it,all I keep getting is ' searching ' I've tried using a USB to flash it but it picks up the USB for half a second then goes back to searching,any help would be really appreciated as its doing my head in !! Thanks
