VU+ Duo- Gone up the wall !!!!!!

Having big problems.
Lost satellites and box is showing the wrong time and showing adate of 1970.
Can anyone help?
Do I need to do a factory re set?

Have just updated to 2.0.2 rev .c as I've read similar problems with new update, if try and find the threads as think they have some solutions.
