Hi,
I'm hoping to get some advice on a couple of issues please.....
1) I've just found out my box is a clone (I'm not after any support there!). So I'm going to buy a new duo or duo2 but use the hard drive from my cloned box. Is there any issue with just plugging in the old hard drive into the new machine? any additional steps involved other than the straight forward re-flashing of the new machine?
2) My friend has a genuine vu duo (lucky sod!) but his hard drive is on it's way out. Can he just buy a new hard drive and plug it in without needing to reflash/reconfigure anything? I seem to recall some options in the menu for hard drives....
I guess both questions will lead to the same outcome....
