Vu+ Duo Help Sky planner etc

I have had a Vu duo box for the past 2 years but never been able to set up as I want it to. Get confused what to download etc. I want the same planner as sky tv then I can record etc. And as well as that the person who I get my line from has finished doing them. So need someone who is very reliable. Seen the Gifts on ebay. Any help will be very grateful. Thankyou very much
