Can somebody advise, how to upgrade Vu+ Duo to a new 7.0 Official Image?

Like any image U had done before!
In my opinion ,no need to upgrade to the Official Image,,, go direct to BH 1.72!
( BH Image is more fun..
) !Furthermore ,U have to update the CFE...for Due!
