hi there i have been a vu+ duo user for a long time it use to run vix image but i had downloaded black hole image from this site but after flashing the box with the image the screen shows the message STARTING............ and never change
pliz can someone help???????
 
At what point does this happen? Shortly after booting up or after the loading GUI message?
Try switching it off, at the rear power switch, then switching it back on again.
If this starting message appears after booting, and GUI, then try pressing the menu button, to see if you can access your receiver.
 
Try loading the Vix image again, or try an early Black Hole image.
Have you checked to make sure you have an original VU+ Duo and not a clone?
