VU+ Duo Loss of HD Info

Vu+ Newbie
Hiya All,
I'm Jay and although I have been reading this forum for a while, this is my first official post!
I have had my VU+ Duo for circa 3 weeks now. I use it with BlackHole 1.6.6 and the system/hardware is amazing!
I have a few niggles which I would appreciate some help with.
1. At the moment, the biggest is that I have had 2 green screens and upon the unit rebooting, I have to re-initialise the HD as it is no longer seen after the green screen. I have lost quiet a few recordings like this and I wondered if anyone has a fix?
2. Also, when I use the Shut-Down option, the unit actually reboots. Any fixes for this?
3. Is there any way I can programe the remote so that instead of holding down the EPG button for Cool TV Guide, I can just press the EPG button and go straight into Cool TV Guide?
I would apprecaite any help!
Thanks
J

For number 3 if you press long epg botton you should store which epg program you want to use.
Or you can use multiquickbotton and set to open what you want pressing the RC botton. I do so, i have 4 bottons setted to open the 4 cool tv guide view.
For your hdd if you can i suggest to try to format it directly with your dec and see if it is ok so. Maybe there is some kind of incompatibility with your hdd filesystem.
