Vu+ DUO nameserver unconfirmed

Hi community,

I have a vu+duo box with Blackhole 2.1.2 installed, everything was working fine until I bought a vu+ duo2 recently and have flashed it with Blackhole 2.1.3. Both boxes are connected to the internet.

However, when I turn on both boxes at the same time, I get Nameserver unconfirmed on my network test on both boxes. I then tried turning both boxes on individually (one at a time) and the test results are fine on each of the boxes. I tried flashing the boxes but that has not helped.

Does anyone know how can I fix this issue because if I ignore the test server unconfirmed issue, I am not able to get encrypted services on any box.

I assume you have conflicting, in the network.
use for one box or both manually fix address .

When I try to edit the nameserver, the value there is 192.168.0.1 which I believe is my router address. What else can I change it to?

You have to edit IP adress Nameserver is OK

example IP use FIX IP not DHCP : 192.168.0.50
nameserver : 192.168.0.1

Restart your BOX

Hi Matrix10

Sorry for delay, I did not get time to get around this until now.

I did try to fix the IP but that has not fixed the issue. I am still getting the same issue of nameserver unconfirmed even after I fixed the IP address of one box to 192.168.0.55 and the other one to 192.168.0.75

I also tried several different combinatinos but nothing is successful so far.

I am now thinking of flashing one of the boxes to OpenVix as the blackhole on both might be the reason of coflict - any other suggestions please

I have 2 x VU both BH 2.1.3 images(DUO 2 /Solo )....plugged in via ethernet cables. to same router...DHCP selected on both ....no problem with network tests.

Right! I tried all of the above but nothing worked, so...

I flashed one of the boxes while the other was connected to the internet and Hurrah! it worked.

Thanks for your help and suggestions, this forum is great.
