Vu+ Duo not working, please help

Vu+ Newbie
Hi there, i am new to this but i just bought a Vu+ Duo and I tried to follow to guide but i cant seem to get it to work...I am stuck right at the beginning. It starts to load but then it gets stuck and all i can see on the screen is "Vu+ your Smart Linux TV player" and at the bottom there is loading ..... that doesnt go away. I tried everything but I just dont know.
Can anyone help me please??? What am I doing wrong?

I have tried many times the option that u gave me but the problem still persists.
What should I do?

Will try to flash Vu plus original image,,,!
( Tell me step by step , how are U doing image installation,,,,give all detail's)
If not working ,U can go to the shop where U got The STB and see what they say!
 
Ok...
1- I downloaded bootloader ( duo_cfe_3_0_usb.zip) and unzipped it and put it on usb stick and put it on the receiver...that step works fine. 2- Format USB flash drive with the file system FAT,or FAT32.
3- I Create on the stick : Directory/vuplus/ (write the type of STB U have : duo,,uno..ultim,,etc)
4- I Copy to the stick the 3 files into Directory
5- I Power off VU+
6-Plug-in the USB Stick into Vu+ Box and Turn on the VU+ STB but firmware update doesnt show.
 
Oh, I think i got it....I forgot to delete the cfe cfe file...now I have theVix image...Thank you so much for your help:yahoo:
