Vu+Duo REAL newbie...please help.

I purchased a Vu+Duo from Lincsat in the last week. Got it going, then it crashed. For 2 days it is freezing during booting. Trying to communicate with seller but he is obviously a very busy man & his guidance is not simple enough for me. I've been told to re-flash the back up image on the USB stick. Asking how I do that, I was told to freshly format stick and put Vuplus folder and files in root of USB. Where do I find the Vuplus folder and files? I've been without TV now for going on 2 days and need some help getting it back please.

Do not RUSH yourself :)!

1st upgrade the BootLoader CFE if U had BH 1.63 or older:-

a911, thank you for spending a little time nudging me in the right direction. Sorry I never thanked you sooner as after many hours trying to work it out :fie:, I was spent when I finally did! Cheers for your wise words and very helpful set of instructs. :notworthy:
