vu+ duo red ligth problem

Can somebody help me please my vu+duo only shows a red light and i cannot flash the box not by USB and not with the VU-Util tool neither the last time i used the box the only thing i did is turn off on the back and turn on thax all and now i have only red light in the display ? can some one help me thank you very much.
