VU+DUO restars on its own

last 2-3 days even when I put on standby after few hours VU+Duo restarts box. I dont understand the problem.
I do have cron installed as restaring the *** and I startupservice plugin
What could be the problem ?
I have latest BH installed

Verify if Autoshutdown Plugin is enabled. If yes, disable it.

I dont have this plugin installed. Is it pre installed somewhere by default on the image ?

yes I did and now after rebooting its dead because of this start up to satndby plugin only read light. Damn
