VU+ Duo Stuck on Starting GUI - all images

Hi,
My VU+ Duo gets stuck on Starting GUI on all images I try. I have tried BH 2.1.1 down to 1.7.3, also tried VTI and Stock image but they all freeze around the same place. I have flashed the Bootloader to the Latest ( duo_cfe_3_0_usb ) but its still the same. I can FTP to the STB. Can anyone help

I forgot to mention, it isnt a clone and I have also removed the internal HDD

Does anything happen when you press the menu button?
As you can FTP have you tried loading a channel list, or even manually scanning in some channels?

If you can telnet into your box, post here the output of "dmesg" command.

ok something strange has happened, I left the box turned off for 2 hours and now it works fine, and I havent changed a thing :S
