Vu Duo tuner B not working

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I'm new to this so please bare with me.

I have a genuine Vu Duo and for some reason only tuner A is working.

In tuner configuration the Duo recognises tuner B but it does not work.

The Duo was manufactured in 2012 with a Openvix image.

Have you got a separate cable, from the LNB, to Tunner B?
Have you tried attaching the cable, currently in Tuner A, to Tuner B, then in the Settings menu turning Tuner A off and instead setting up Tuner B?

Many thanks for your reply and help.
I have a quad LNB and all four feeds are working well.
I have tried Tuner A cable to Tuner B and it still is not working
I have not tried turning Tuner A off and setting up Tuner B but will give it ago tomorrow and I will let you know the outcome of course.
Is it true that Tuner failler is very rare with the Duo ?

Some of the VU+ models have a plug & play tuner, sop they are easy to replace, unfortunately I don't think this is the case in the VU+ Duo.
If it is a hardware fault you might have to take it to an electronics repair shop, where they can test the motherboard, and tuner, to locate the problem, and given how old the receiver is, and the newer models now available, it might not be worth it.
Hopefully it is just a connection, or settings issue, which can be quickly fixed.
