VU+DUO2 Freezing

New to the site and great to be here. Anyway, hope you guys can help. I have a recently purchased Duo2 with openvix and I have noticed picture/channels freezing is becoming an issue now.

Do you guys have any ideas on what could be wrong? I have not updated the equipment since I purchased it either.

Where did you get freezing, FTA services?
