Vu+Duo2 Movies on USB stick re-boot the receiver

Duo2NewGuy

Vu+ Newbie
I have a USB stick with avi movies on it.

They all play on my PC & Android phone without any problems.

The receiver re-boots when I plug in the stick, a message appears very quickly while re-booting, saying to
copy something and send it somewhere ( very helpful I know, but the message doesn't stay on the screen long enough to write down / take a picture of it )

Total novice (as my id suggests) so any ideas would be very helpful.

Thanks

Does the Duo2 reboot just immediately when inserting the pendrive or when trying to watch a video?

Need for more details:
Black Hole version
Pendrive model and capacity
Pendrive file system type
USB port used

Don't know the black hole version, the unit was bought last month and the person I bought it from said he installed the
most recent version for that period - otherwise the version can be found in the menu somewhere I suppose !!
Pendrive is Sandisk 16gb, FAT32
Front USB Port was used - suppose I should try the rear one ??

Information are available from a specific menu item.
That problem should never happen using whatever USB port.
Anyway try using the rear USB port.

Ok, will try the rear usb port tonight.

If the receiver re-boots again & the error message appears, where / how do I recover the message so that I can upload it here ??
