VU+DUO2 Time issues

BH 2.1.5 installed since yesterday.

I noticed that changing time zone doesn't change the time. Whatever time zone I set the time is still the same. So here where i live is 13:00 but the box shows 12:00 after zone changing for example to Delhi in India it's 12:00 on the box even after rebooting. Command "date" in telnet helps for short time only - after some time the box coming back to the previous wrong time again and again.
Any tips?

Edit:
I found BH 2.1.6 for DUO2 - I'll try to install it first.
