Request VU+ DUO4K SE - bluetooth standby mode

How can I turn Bluetooth on in standby mode?
My receiver is in the cabinet. I use a Bluetooth remote control and if I turn off the receiver, I can't turn it on.

Bluetooth is not Wifi, so any barrier can cause problems.

Yes, i know, but this problem is just if the receiver is in stand-by mode. If i can turn bluetooh on in standby mode, the problem is solving, because the remote control will be comunicating witk VU+.
Can we have any sollution somewhere in the settings, plugins...
