VU+ lan stream to.... dreambox ???

does anybody knows if it is possible to stream vu+ within a local network to dreambox using vlc or ...else... ??

If the other box has Remote Stream Converter feature you can do it. Without it, I suppose it's quite hard to do what you want to do.
