Vu plus tuner problem

I have had a vu plus duo in use for the last two months working excellently. However tuner A was the only one I had in use and when I turned on my receiver on Monday there was no reception. When configured to tuner B all is ok. Has my tuner A given up or what do you think? Fairly disappointed as I have plans to use as a dual tuner and as I say the box is only two months old.

Try to check the tuner A setup, If it's correctly setted probably you have an hardware issue.
In this case you can ask to your seller to repair or to change your Duo.
