Vu Plus+ Zero problem with sat

hi,
i would have an advice , because i have installed blackhole image on my vu plus+ zero , and i have configured the tuner a (dvb-s) but when i try to see the channel on sat only 1 or 2 channels can i see and the others nothing , for example all the italy channel i can't see

how i do for resolve it ?

i have blackhole : 2.1.7 and i have try to use the blackhole 2.1.4 but the result is egual

Some channels are encrypted so I'm curios to understand how you want to see them......
