VU + slo help wanted

Hi I bought a vu + solo about 1 year ago but have been away working so only plugged it in yesterday I had been looking through it's features and seen update so pressed update now only green light on and it says no signal on the channel it is meant to be on anyone know how i can reset it or have I fried it (updated by wireless internet dongle)

Explain better what are you do
 
I plugged in the VU+ solo and was going through its set up after I had set up the wifi i came across somewhere that said upgrade via internet so I pressed yes it had said it would upgrade then switch off then on again I turned my TV over and turned back about 1 hour later the green light was on the box but it is showing nothing on my TV I have tried all the connections but no picture ,also the unti will not power off only when you turn the power off so really not sure what I have done it is the first VU+ i have owned

Try to reflash your box with the latest BH image or the latest Official Vu+ image avaiable at http://code.vuplus.com :)
 
Hi Guys I have renewed with the lastest software via R323 null cable ,i have flashed then erased then added secret ic all by the how to instruction manuals my box has taken the upgrade but when i try to load an image through usb stick when i input stick and switch on my light goes from red to green and will not take update from usb .My box seems to be stuck at green light it wil not turn off only if i turn it off at mains .This boxs has only buttons on front so no display any suggestions . Can you flash on image via R323 null ? if so how do you do this . many thanks in advance

What kind of secret ic ??
 
Genuine Vu+Solo is flashed via usb on front it sounds like you have a clone if you are doing ic security update.
 
On my box thier is a sticker saying download software from ----
In the renew solo folder i downloaded from vuplushd.tv it has steps for upgrading to the lastest software it said if my box had not got a sticker V2.0 i had to follow these steps
flash with upflash 020229.rar
then erase with erase126.exe
tehn secup111230.exe
copy of upgrade sheet included

Ur box is clon we don't support clon box in here
