Vu solo 2 HDMI

Hi
Are problems with the HDMI output on the vu solo 2 common? My HDMI port isn't working and I've left it in to be sent back. It's not even 6 months old. It only works with scart. I have a friend who had same problem.

My Solo2 HDMI port works properly ....
