VU+Solo 4k Hard Drive Problem !

Hi Everyone.

I've had my VU+Solo 4k for a few months and I can't seem to get it to recognise my installed hard drive. All together I've tried 3 different hard drive's and it will not recognise any!. Is there someone that can help me solve this problem as It's driving be spare. Is there any step by step Instructions on how to !.

Which image do you have loaded?
Have you tried formatting the drive, via your menu options?
What size, make, and model, hard drives have you tried?
 
And don't forget, after formatting in extfs4, to MAP it because these receivers are linux-based and linux needs to map a drive in order to use it.
