Vu+Solo 4k restarts.....

Hello community.

Some days, I buy a Solo 4k. When I install image (last) and put a channel with epg, box restart enigma2 (without configure nothing).

I don´t know how to fix this problem.

Any help?

But now reboot again and again?
Try put image again to box and before send channel list to box setup your satelite.
After this put he
 
Reboot each time i access this channel with epg.
My box has config ok.
Any idea? where can i find the log for send you?
Only smb.log file in \tmp folder.

Flashed again, configure 1 or various turners, and always reboots when i put a channel with epg.

Upgrade online the image, and too.

Any ideas please?

If this were a common problem, or even if someone else had experienced this problem, it would be posted, on the forum, or internet.

Please start from the beginning, flash your receiver, and don't load anything else, including any backups, plugins, and especially no channel lists.

Use a fresh download, of Blackhole, or Open Blackhole:

Manually scan in a few channels, then view a channel, and press the EPG button.
Do you get any error messages, before the re-boot, informing you that there is a problem?
 
Thanks i did you told me, and no error when i put "Portada" channel or "GUIA" (for example), shows epg download then the interface reboots itself and no error, no log file and view previous channel.

before the re-boot interface (only), no error shows!! ;( only restart interface.

No HDD, no plugins loaded, only configure turner A o B with Astra 19.2. Always same error....

Any ideas?

Other images no problem about it....

Tested with black hole 3.0.3-H and 3.0.3-Q (update online).

If other images are working fine, then the only thing, I can think of, is that your remote control key might be remapped, so that on Blackhole the EPG button is restarting your receiver, but I can't see how this is happening.
The fact that no one else, with a Solo 4K, or other VU+ receiver, has reported this issue makes it even stranger.
Have you tried running Open Blackhole?

Something's not good here.EPG data Stream or something else is changed.
I'll ask the coder to look at this problem.

Only when loading the Movistar + EPG.
Depending on the image you have loaded, when you put one of the 2 channels "Portada or Guia"/ when loading the EPG of M. + is restarted.
Not always, depends on the time and channel used, in the data flow goes something that restarts.
It also happens to Ultimo4K.
Try different times and in the 3 channels commented, if load ok, save the file to use it another day.
You can use it (upload) after init 4, send file and another init 3.

Solo al cargar el EPG de Movistar+.
Segun la imagen que tengas cargada, al poner uno de los 2 canales "Portada ó Guia"/al cargar el EPG de M.+ se reinicia.
No siempre, depende de la hora y el canal utilizado, en el flujo de datos va algo que reinicia.
Tambien le pasa al Ultimo4K.
Prueba a distintas horas y en los 3 canales comentados, si carga ok, guarda el fichero para usarlo otro dia.
Lo puedes usar (cargar) despues de init 4, mandar fichero y otro init 3.

For those who do not know yet BH 3.0.4.A

- Add option to disable mhw2 internal reader

(Blue button>>red>>red>>Enable Mhw2.. yes/no
Disable no, to enable again yes restart box)
