VU+ Solo 4k ** Serious Help Needed **

I bought Solo 4k to replace my vu duo2 but I am seems to have some serious issues...

* I cant find ***** or use ***** manager
* I cant view 4k Channels
* I cant change channels via remote +/- buttons


I will appreciate your help guys
