Vu+Solo BlackHole 1.6.6 Media Player freezes

Hello, I've a question about the vu+solo media player on black hole 1.6.6. I tried some mkv that I've on my pc desktop (I mounted the hard disk without problems, and I share some files on my desktop). The problem is when I try to reproduce big mkv files (1080p), with that files I see a really fast but noticeable freeze every 5 or 6 seconds during the playback, I also try to cut the mkv in some smaller files and I also converted the files into .ts but the result is the same. With some files this doesn't happen, like with some 720p mkv. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Biggest files needed to be directly accessed from box and using a network share is not a good idea.
Try with directly connect an USB HDD to your box. I've solved some issues with this method (MKV 1080P with DTS audio track).

However I tried to use an external hdd with some 1080p movies and the situation is the same, some freezes in the same way of the mounted nas hdd, and in the same points of the movie...so I'm starting to think that is a problem about how the movie has been compressed and maybe the vu+solo doesn't like some aspects of the file...any ideas?
