Vu+ Solo bloccato

Ciao a tutti,
ho comprato da poco un Vu+ Solo. Acceso, funziona tutto.
Dopo neanche 24 ore vedo schermo nero e il decoder non risponde al telecomando (lampeggia il led, ma, per esempio, lo standby non fa diventare rosso il led come prima).
I led sull'uscita della rete sono spenti.
Collegato alla seriale, accendo e l'output è il seguente

se collego a questo punto una chiave usb, vedo che la riconosce (sempre sulla console), ma sul video non appare nulla. Ho provato scart, RCA e HDMI.
L'avrei già riportato a controllare a chi me l'ha venduto, ma è chiuso per ferie.
Magari chiedendo è una cavolata e risolvo al volo.

se collego a questo punto una chiave usb, vedo che la riconosce (sempre sulla console), ma sul video non appare nulla. Ho provato scart, RCA e HDMI.
L'avrei già riportato a controllare a chi me l'ha venduto, ma è chiuso per ferie.
Magari chiedendo è una cavolata e risolvo al volo.

Non ricordo che data riporta il CFE aggiornato per il Solo, ma ti consiglio vivamente di aggiornare tale componente software, riflashare l'immagine che ti aggrada ... e vedere se le cose cambiano.
 
avete risolto?? ho lo stesso problema cosa devo fare, ho provato e riprovato sia cfe che immagini anche la 1.7.2 e 1.7.5, led sempre verde e i segnali del telecomando li riceve ma nn fa niente, provato sia scart che hdmi

Cioè ti compare a video l'immagine del logo dell'immagine ma non puoi far nulla con il telecomando... oppure schermo nero e led verde?
 
la seconda ho provato anche immagini più vecchie, ma niente, led sempre verde e schermo nero, sembra ricevere i comandi del telecomando visto che lampeggia il led verde ma nn fanno nulla ne standby ne cambia nienteee

Servirebbe un output dalla porta seriale per capire che cavolo succede al tuo box .....
Intanto servirebbe sapere che colore sono i led, in fase di flash ...
 
allora ho un vecchio computer con la porta seriale, sto usando hyperterminal ma cosa devo mettere nelle impostazioni della porta??
 
ok alla fine mi da kernel panic , not syncing e rebooting in 180 seconds
Infatti dopo 3 min si riavvia senza cambiar niente,ho provato a mettere i file dalla chiavetta , con la porta seriale inserita, ma al riavvio niente sempre kernel panic.
Ho provato anche vu utility ma al 40 % quando scrive per l'appunto il file del kernel da errore e si blocca, cosa faccio?????

Puoi postare l'output della operazione di flash?
E comunque non mi hai risposto sui led: di che colore sono?
 
l'operazione di flash quale dell'immagine o del cfe.. e poi non capisco in che senso il colore dei led..sarebebro rosso arancio e verde

Il log è chiaro... ha finito di flashare, rimuovi la pennetta USB e reboota.... magari posta anche il log del primo reboot ....
