VU+ solo consomation !

unit consumes 20 watts even in stand-by mode is that normal ?
same consomation when it is in use.

well, in fact the unit it is still up and running when you put in stand by, only the LCD screen is a bit dimmer.

So yes I would expect to have the same consumption figures. If you want it really off than you have to push the back switch in the good old fashion!

But don't we have deep sleep function? I thought Vu+ consumes in that state a fraction of power - am I right?
