Vu+ Solo green screen error software

i've get a vu+ solo from market
the image inside is black hole 1.6.6 experimental , ****** 1.38
at the vendor shop working fine , at home somethting fishy so i asked for help normal that is the first time that i'm using this box.

But after electrical cut at home , the vu+ solo is having problem when booting
a green screen mentinnned : Your stb has encountered a software program , must reboot and she rebbot till 1h00 like this.

what is the solution team plz ?

Flash Your box with latest Black Hole 1.7.6 image and after folow box work in future.

from where to get a stable image to download it ?
I have a null modem cable only

if i flash my box all thing will work , i mean servers and all channel the $ ones.

i will need a wiki to right done my job : flashing my box for 1.7.6
for this i'm beginner , i just founded a ToolBox but is in german language , using the tools i do not know how ?

So how could i get the server file config from my box ?
how to get a backup of what is inside my vu+ ?

To be More clear in Morocco we bought the vu+ and you pay a yearly ammount for the crypted channels.
So before to flash my box i would like to recover all file server configuration from my vu+ ; then i flash it to 1.76 then paste the file config server that i've payed is logic things

So masters please help me
