Vu+ Solo not showing satellite

Hi guys I hope someone can help a newbie on the Vu boxes - I had a DM 500 on a motorised dish - now got the Vu with BH (came pre-installed). I coupled the cable from the dish to the back of the box (dish at 28.2) but no satellite shows in any of the menu's. Can anyone explain what I've done wrong please (been trying to set the configuration for 3 days) Also when I go to the find sat menu the box throws an error and restarts, could it need a reflash?

Thanks for your reply. I have been reading the forums and it appears that I have to run a Bootloader first and then this file. Could you confirm that's correct (don't want to do something stupid)
