Vu solo se Signal Drops

Hi,

I have determined some problems with the Vu Sole se. A week ago a friend of mine bought this box and he told me that some HD channels have strange picture, i was think about the LNB or Coax cable were te problem. I bought a vu solo se too and i have the same problem. before this box i had the vu solo old model and with that box i had not that problem. What i concluded is that the AGC will drop to 0 and on some channels are 99%.

Could someone tell me what the problem exactly is or is there a tuner update needed or something?

On my solo SE I have not noticed this problem.
I still think that something is not right with the antenna installation and cabling.
 
But there was no problem with the vu solo normal and this vu solo se will after a while starting to drop the signal and then it will be normal. But first i will do some tests and tell you what the causes the problem.

has anyone found a solution for this problem ?

i have the same issue on a solose... with black hole image from august.

i cant flash an update until next weekend. is it worth to reflash it? will it solve the problem?
