Vu Solo SE TV Guide Layout

Hi
By accident I have managed to change the viewable time gap on the screen when viewing the TV guide (red button).
The screen used to show 2 hours worth of guide, now it only shows 1 hour.
I think I pressed a button or two on the remote control by accident, but I cannot for the life of me find how to get it back to how it was.
Any suggestions ?
