Do you mean streaming of the channels in your VU+ to another device in your home network (like a PC, tablet, and so on) or do you mean IPTV?
If the first one, you can use several ways. Probably, the simplest one is to use OpenWebInterface: just type your VU+ IP address in your browser, go to your channels and bouquets and click on one of the two icons (see attachment).
The first is for a not transcoded stream, the second is transcoded (and so, also, compressed).
