Vu Solo wont turn on

hello please help have model Vu solo . Bn 02110001. when turning power off then on comes up with service unavailable , check tuner configuration. it has been working for a couple years before yesterday anyone have a solution . thanks in advance Bill

Can you please provide more information, as your current explanation makes very little sense.
Either the receiver isn't turning on or it is working and you simply aren't getting a signal, or your tuner needs configuring.
Can you enter the menu options?
Can you try your receiver on another dish/LNB?
Do you have another receiver you can try on your dish/LNB?
What kind of satellite set up do you have, a motorized dish, or fixed dish system?
