I have a problem with my reciever, I have vu= solo and 1.8mtr dish with a separate positioner and i had touched somting in the settings and astra 19.2 channel list become empty with <n/a> indication and a message " Service not available Check tuner configuration" I entered in tuner configuration and set to Simple and positioner, than in a message I choosed 'Yes to all" but unfotunatly all the sats went off with the same problem. Any help pls
 
Hi @yamasuki, you have to re enter satellite list by usb or PC and than you have to go to menu setup and tuner configuration than press ok service and instead simple change to advance choose wich sat you want to store LNB 1 move to diseq mode choose 1.2 on usals choose no than press green button and save & exit.

Enter to positioner setup choose to memory index number which you want to save that sat! Go to movements move right or left until you find signal than stop it! Move down again to memory index and press green button to Store position!

If you see again that message insted yes to all you have to choose NO TO ALL!

This is if you have satellite wth motor!
