Vu+ Solo2 box not working

Hi All,

I bought a Vu+ Solo2 box from eBay and it doesn't appear to be working properly.

I plugged in the power, switched the unit on and the front display lit up....read Starting...
then VU+ SOLO2.

After this nothing happens - no picture on the TV and the front of the box still says VU+ SOLO2

I have managed to FTP into the box and can see the files in there so.....any ideas?

I have tried SCART and HDMI leads for a picture but neither of these are doing anything.

The remote control doesn't make anything happen either
 
Are you certain it's genuine?
You can try loading a black hole image, but you should be getting a picture, either by HDMI or Scart. Can you try a different television?
 
Got it sorted....flashed a VIX image to it (it was the first one I found) and got a picture......now off to research putting ****** into it!
