Flicking channels from one to another but picture remains same, until it finds a free channel and the picture changes, otherwise the picture remains the same.
Do you know what I mean ?
Help is required.

It's not clear what you mean.
 
Changing channels from one to another channel the screen picture remains the same,
so if I carry on changing channels and if I cannot find a free channel the screen picture does not change.
I have restored to factory setting but it has not changed.
I hope this makes sense. Thanks
