Vu+ Newbie
Hi,

I've been reading a lot about the VU+an all its benefits and I'd like to try it but i'm not sur it can work on my setup.

I receive IPTV through a fiber connection, sent as multicast UDP traffic.

As of today I can :
- directly access the multicast (in VLC for instance), with rtp// or udp:// urls but no DRM
- use tvheadend and ***** to have a complete IPTV server (with DRM channels).

My question is : Can the VU+
1. directly access the multicast stream and connect to *****
2. or need a TVH to "proxy" the streams as http:// urls ?
3. or it's not possible at all ?

Basically I'd like the VU+ to replace my iptv box and servers :
- Deliver the channels on my TV using my card for DRM
- Server content on the LAN as a tvheadend server

This is setup is only for me, I don't share or receive rights, I just want to use the channels I'm paying for.

Thanks for your feedback,
