vu+solo2 help urgent need

hello guys and experts of the forum i have vu+solo2 orginal box and i also check with given pdf files in many forum issuse is that when i buy my box the official software was installled in the box so i update the box with official u download site Vu+ Update works all good the blackhole image 3.0.2 about three year i used that one day when i start my box show HW error on lead soi do many image to get rid from this error but no success yet experts help me note i buy the buy from:

dubai in early days some people says wait for new software some says some plugin will fix this issuse not get yet

HW error mean clone box.
Post some detailed photos of your box: front and back.
 
i check with your given link and it show the box is original pics i already upload check any thing show colne ?
 
Does you receiver have an internal hard drive fitted?
If so try disconnecting it, after unplugging it from the mains.
Then try loading the official software:

This is official vu plus retailer , in Dubai, if you sell clone, you get 5 years in prison and 100 lashes.
so take box to them for repair.. flash chip is damaged
