Vu+ Solo2 is not connected to the internet

Hi
Im a total newbie to this and have got a new vu+ solo2 with vix installed. I have run network wizard and all connections seem ok, I can access box over ftp etc. However when I try to access any of feeds eg plugin feed i get the error "No network connection found. Please ensure your reciever is connected to the internet." If I go to software update I get "your Vu+ Solo2 is not connected to the internet, please check your network settings and try again" I have run network wizard again and at the end it tells me it is connected to internet. But still the same problems. Can anyone assist me?

Probably your router for internet not working good.
Try restart router with power button off and after 10 seconds turn on and wait about 50 seconds and try again on receiver.
